Withdrawal request form

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). You can exercise this right by filling in the form below: your request will be sent directly to the seller, who will send you a confirmation by email. Alternatively, you can use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page and send it to the seller's contact details.

You are not required to give a reason.
