Brigantino
Nimble and fast, the brigantine was the ship the Knights of Malta used to move around the Mediterranean. Our Sauvignon has the same character: fresh, direct, precise. Colli Orientali del Friuli.
The brigantine was a nimble, fast vessel used by the Order of Malta for its missions in the Mediterranean: reconnaissance, privateering, trade routes. With its slender keel and its ability to adapt to the wind, it could go where larger ships could not.
Our Sauvignon Blanc bears this name because it shares the same nature: fresh, direct, precise. It comes from Ipplis, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, from ponca soils between 130 and 200 metres above sea level.
